According to reports, Arsenal will now start serious negotiations with Sesko's current team, RB Leipzig, after he turned down an offer from Al-Hilal on Tuesday.
Al-Hilal, a Saudi Arabian club, tried to sign Sesko before the deadline for transferring players in international club competitions, but he refused their proposal.
Arsenal will now try to sign Sesko for approximately £60 million.
They were also interested in Newcastle's Alexander Isak and Sporting CP's Victor Gyokeres, but these players have higher valuations of over £100 million.
As RB Leipzig will not participate in European football competitions next season, they are willing to sell Sesko this summer and have agreed to a price of £60 million.
