The 15-year-old made his Premier League debut as a substitute in a 5-0 win over Leeds United in August, marking a rapid rise under manager Mikel Arteta.
In an interview, Mosquera highlighted Dowman's impressive skills, stating that his style of play is reminiscent of Barcelona's Lamine Yamal.
Mosquera was surprised to learn that Dowman was only 15 years old when he met him in Singapore, where he was already training and playing with the first team.
Despite his young age, Dowman has become a key player in Arteta's setup and is now receiving consistent game time for both England and Arsenal.
However, it's worth noting that several other young players, such as Emile Smith Rowe and Eddie Nketiah, have also received similar praise in the past but have not achieved long-term success at Arsenal.
