The four players who will be leaving Chelsea at the end of June are goalkeeper Lucas Bergstrom, Eddie Beach, Luke Campbell, and Dylan Williams. Bergstrom had a six-year stint with the club, rising through the ranks from the Academy after joining from Turun Palloseura in Finland.
Bergstrom had loan spells at Peterborough United and Brommapojkarna in Sweden, and was once considered a potential candidate to become Chelsea's first-choice goalkeeper. Beach, a Wales Under-21 international, signed with Chelsea in 2022 and was named on the bench for two Premier League fixtures.
Campbell featured regularly for Chelsea's Under-18s and spent time on loan at Hendon, making appearances for the Under-21s. Williams, whose permanent departure to Burton Albion was confirmed last month, is also included on the list.
Chelsea thanks the departing players for their contributions and wishes them well in their future careers. The club is undergoing a significant player clear-out, with several other players reportedly up for sale as manager Enzo Maresca looks to shape the team for the new season.
As Chelsea prepares for the Club World Cup, the club is undergoing a major transformation, with many players departing and new ones potentially joining the squad.
