The English champions have started their title defense strongly, winning both their matches against Bournemouth and Newcastle United.
"Liverpool's way of playing is truly special. We all enjoy playing attacking football and want to provide exciting matches for our fans. However, that's not always possible," van Persie explained.
"What I appreciate about Liverpool is that their ideas are the foundation of their game. The way they start and end their matches is impressive," he added.
"The match against Newcastle was a perfect example of the ideal football we all want to see as coaches and fans. It's rare to witness such a perfect match," van Persie said.
"There are many skilled coaches, but it's not often that you see a team win with a big score, like 3-0 or 4-0. The Premier League is a highly competitive league with very talented players," van Persie noted.
