Braida left Milan to join Barcelona and later became the head coach of Cremonese, a role he held until two years ago. He recently shared his thoughts on the situation in an interview.

"I'm not one to predict the future, and we all make mistakes. However, I did expect a season like this, one that doesn't meet Milan's usual standards." Braida said.

"Unfortunately, my prediction has come true, and I'm truly sorry about it. As a Milan fan, it's upsetting to see this happen. I hope something changes soon, and the team finds a way to improve with the help of competent coaches and staff."

Braida believes that the problem lies in the team's lack of competent people."Unfortunately, we're missing this value," he said.

Braida also discussed the team's new sporting director, Igli Tare, Fabio Paratici, and Giovanni Sartori. He thinks they have the experience and competence to turn things around. "They're all very experienced and skilled individuals who can help lift the team," Braida said.

"In football, you need talent to succeed. Without it, you can't do the job properly. There are talented people out there, and we need to find the right solution," Braida explained.
