The deal, which has been in the works, involves an initial loan fee of €9 million, with an option for Napoli to buy Lucca's rights for an additional €26 million at the end of next season. This would bring the total value of the deal to €35 million.
Lucca arrived in Rome to undergo the medical examination at Villa Stuart, where he will also sign his new contract. Once the contract is signed, he will join his new teammates for the first part of the training camp in Dimaro, Trentino.
